ATHLETIC STRETCH

Power down to power further. A stretch class designed with athletes in mind but open to everyone! Even if you’re not a runner, cyclist, golfer – you will still benefit from the variety of techniques used in this class. You will have some self guided massage using various props to balance out stressed and tight muscles. The aim is to achieve restored range of motion, enhanced flexibility to leave you perfectly prepared for your next challenge.
