Slow flow is a mellow class where you will be guided through a gentle flow to help you slow down and relax. This gentle vinyasa flow incorporates forward folds to help you wind down from your day, release tension in your body, and set yourself up for a restful night of sleep. Reconnect with your breath and explore deeper openings into muscles, joints regions and release areas of tension and stress.
