By the end, you will understand the positive impact of essential oils and how they can be utilised in your every day life and homes.

You will then be taken through a mediative movement to sooth your body and calm your soul. Time to connect to your breathing through restorative postures whilst essential oils will be generating calming and relaxing aroma’s. Aroma connects directly to your parasympathetic nervous system to quickly reach your subconscious and enhance your emotional wellbeing. This is a powerful combination which accelerates relaxation, helps reduce stress and supports a healthy immune function.
