We offer Mat Pilates in a small group friendly environment. With a contemporary approach, these classes are fun and varied bringing a variety of props to support and challenge you!

Regular Pilates classes increase strength, improve flexibility and mobility. Choose from a variety of classes that provide for all levels and ability.

If you’re new to the Lounge there are many beginner friendly classes but if you’re unsure where to start, please get in touch – we are more than happy to help. Alternatively you can start with a Private Session dedicated just to you where you can explore what’s on offer and we can guide you in the right direction depending on your goals.

Beginners

This class is suitable if you are new to Pilates and want somewhere to begin or if you want to get back to basics.

Foundations

Pilates Foundations reinforces healthy movement patterns and the fundamental basics of Mat Pilates.

Progress

Progress once you’ve built a strong foundation. Challenge the basics with more variety and intensity.
