NEW TO PILATES?
Our teachers will guide you through your Pilates practise helping you to develop awareness, increase strength, improve flexibility and promote balanced movement. Small class numbers allow for personalised teaching in a safe, friendly environment encouraging you to get the most out of your body.
If you’re new to Pilates we would advise you start with a Private Session. This Session allows us to explore how you move and how Pilates can work for you. If you are unable to commit to a Private Session we have Pilates Level 1 Beginners small group classes where you will focus on building awareness as you work through movement.
PILATES LEVEL 1 BEGINNERS
“It’s the mind itself which builds the body”
Suitable if you’re new to Pilates or want to get back to basics. You will be given the steps to successfully and safely execute movement as you develop awareness, flexibility and strength.
PILATES LEVEL 1/2
“You are only as young as your spine is flexible.”
Suitable for those moving on from Level 1 and those that want to revisit all the fundamentals to ensure good technique is established. A good class to practise and refine skills.
PILATES LEVEL 2
““Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.”
This class is suitable for those with a good knowledge and practice of Pilates and want to add challenge and pace to further increase strength, flexibility and balanced movement.
PRE & POST NATAL PILATES
A class for pregnant women in their second and third trimester as well as post natal. The exercises are designed to support and ease you through the rapid physical changes of pregnancy or help you ease back on with considerations to diastasis recti.
