This course is designed to introduce you to Pilates Reformer. A unique workout that will enhance and compliment any existing mat practise. Throughout the 4 weeks you will gain confidence on the basic movements and learn how to use the spring based resistance. Suitable for absolute beginners to both mat and reformer Pilates and also if you are experienced in mat Pilates but new to the reformer. Limited spaces and small groups up to a maximum of 4 people per course. Course runs 4 consecutive weeks.
