Influenced by Pilates, yoga and dance along with a variety of strength and conditioning movements, Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session. With a wide scope to draw from, it’s hard for your body to fall into a ‘plateau’ – it’s full of possibilities and challenges to ensure Barre delivers results again and again. This Barre teacher training course will teach you how to deliver fun, energetic Barre sessions by giving you a full understanding of the exercises and class structure.
