Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance and yoga and and uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session.
In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body.
