BOOKING

Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

Teachers occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies.

You will be charged for a session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made online at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class

We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be put in the class. An email will be sent to you informing you. Please note that if you are put into the class from the waiting list our cancellation policy still applies.

We operate a strict no refund policy.

Make up classes MAY be offered at discretion where reasonable late notice has been given and depending on the conditions of class.  Busy classes that have been cancelled an hour before would not be offered a make up for example.

This makeup system is subject to certain terms and conditions, which are outlined below.

  • We require you cancel your booking ONLINE through the MindBody system so that if there is a waitlist, you space becomes available.  This is without exception.
  • All makeup classes must be taken within the same week; they cannot be carried over to future terms, or exchanged for private lessons or studio credit.
  • Makeup classes are offered on a space available basis.  They unfortunately cannot be pre-booked.
  • If you are not able to attend a makeup class before the end of the week, irregardless of reason, they will expire.

Waiting Lists
We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be put in the class. An email will be sent to you informing you.
