The MVe Pilates Chair uses spring tension in a unique way that will challenge beginners to advanced athletes with an abundance of exercises and variations.
Currently a max of 5 people making it the best in small group training and next best thing to an individual session.
NEW TO PILATES?
If you’re new to Pilates we would advise you start with a Private Session. This Session allows us to explore how you move and how Pilates can work for you.
If you are unable to commit to a Private Session we have Pilates Level 1 small group classes where you will focus on building awareness as you work through movement.
BOOK YOUR CLASS
You can sign up for your account and book your classes online using the industry leading Mindbody system.
We offer several class passes to suit you and also a 3 classes for £15 introductory offer if you’re new to the Pilates Lounge.
