Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance and yoga and and uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session.

In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body.

Barre Signature

Barre Signature promises to sculpt, tone, strengthen and stretch. This unique, fun class is guaranteed to make you sweat. It’s athletic and so if you’re new, we recommend starting with Barre Lite.

Barre Lite

Barre Lite is a great place to start or work on your precision of movement. We reinforce cues more, simplify the movements while still giving plenty of challenge to build stamina and strength. Low impact +high energy = result.

Barre Sculpt

Crank up the resistance! Barre Sculpt challenges your balance, core and control with band based resistance. Tone up quickly with this super sculpting all over body workout.

Barre Core

Barre Core focuses on working your core both on and off the barre. A unique blend of Barre and Pilates to ensure you get the best of both worlds!

Ballet Body Sculpt Programme (6 weeks)

We have designed a 6 week programme to help you master your technique to define and shape your body.

You will awaken, strengthen and stretch your muscles in a way that will develop your dancers physique. Ballet sculpt contributes to creating a healthy posture along with engaging muscles from head to toe.

It can be physically demanding to master but as your confidence develops, so does your balance, co-ordination, strength and poise.

The physical benefits make it a popular go to to athletes but the mental focus required improves your learning, memory and comprehension. On top of this, it’s just great fun and you’ll stay in a small group of 5 throughout the whole 6 weeks so you can learn and laugh together.
