Ballet Body Sculpt Programme (6 weeks)
We have designed a 6 week programme to help you master your technique to define and shape your body.
You will awaken, strengthen and stretch your muscles in a way that will develop your dancers physique. Ballet sculpt contributes to creating a healthy posture along with engaging muscles from head to toe.
It can be physically demanding to master but as your confidence develops, so does your balance, co-ordination, strength and poise.
The physical benefits make it a popular go to to athletes but the mental focus required improves your learning, memory and comprehension. On top of this, it’s just great fun and you’ll stay in a small group of 5 throughout the whole 6 weeks so you can learn and laugh together.
